Bearings designations system |
|
|
|
The
Russian system of bearing designations is based on the following features:
All these
parameters are designated by figures. The largest number of figures in the main
part of bearing designation may be seven. The last number of figures is two.
The order of figures counting in bearing designation runs from the right to the
left. Symbols arrangement of bearing designation must be in correspondence with
the scheme:

Diameter series
|
Quotient from inner diameter value division d into 5, if d=20...495 мм
|
Bearings with inner diameter more than 495 mm are designated by
fraction, where the denominator is the dimension of inner diameter, figures of
the numerator are dimension series, type and design features in adopted for all
bearings order, keeping in mind that two figures of the designation are already
used. The fourth figure from the right represents the bearing type.

Code letters and figures
additional to the basic designation are used to distinguish bearings which
differ from standard or have modified components.
A figure with a dash
before the basic designation indicates tolerance class of a bearing. Radial
clearance group and friction torque row are given before tolerance class. The
symbols for designation of normal radial clearance group and normal toler ance
class are usually omitted.

of which constitute property of their basic design. The list of such bearings is
given below:
