Rolling bearings are classified according to the following main features:

• the direction of carried load relatively to the shaft axis (deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical, spherical bearings, thrust bearings);

• the number of rolling elements rows (singlerow, doublerow, fourrow);

• the ability for selfalignment in a support (bearings with shields, bearings with seals);

• the method of bearing mounting in the support (with snap groove in outer ring, with outer ring flange, with adapter sleeves);

Together with bearings of standard design the plant produces a large number of bearings of special design, the usage of which by the customer in every certain case requires the consultation with the supplier.
