BEARING PRODUCTION

EPK plants manufacture bearings of all construction groups with outer ring diameter from 20 to 2200 mm, used in different industries:

• automotive,
• rail,
• metallurgy, heavy engineering and mining,
• energy,
• machine-tool industry,
• agriculture,
• defense and aerospace

EPK catalogue contains information about more than 1200 bearing types, produced by Holding's plants according to corporate, state and international standards (incl. ISO 9001:2000 and EBC Technical Requirements, being much more strict than current Russian State standards, and are closer to the most progressive standards of the world leading bearing producers).

Basic bearing types can be produced according to specific requirements for radial or axial clearance, rotation accuracy (accuracy class), cage material and other additional requirements including noise level, vibration, friction torque as requested by customer.

Besides bearings EPK manufactures components, including non-standard: balls, rollers, rings, cages and workpieces for mentioned details.
